Registry Assistance Office

The AEI Registration Assistance Office (OAMR-AEI) is located at Calle Torrelaguna 58 bis, 28027 Madrid.

Its function is face-to-face assistance in the presentation of applications and instances that are directed to the AEI and to all public administrations.

The opening hours at the OAMR-AEI are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (last appointment 1:20 p.m.). Saturdays, Sundays and holidays closed.

If the person who makes the request or request in the OAMR-AEI, acts as representative of the interested party, they must be accredited by any means valid in Law that leaves a reliable record of its existence or by authorization signed by the interested party, accompanied by Copies of the DNI / NIE / Passport of the represented and the representative.

Face-to-face assistance requires a prior appointment through the following form: Prior Appointment Form

To manage your appointment you must fill in the previous Form and send it to oamr@aei.gob.es, from where they will send you an email from confirmation indicating the day and time at which you can go to the Agency's Records Assistance Office.

You can only make an appointment for the same ID/Passport/NIE.

At each appointment for the OAMR-AEI, a maximum of two procedures related to the cited or represented person will be carried out.

OAMR-AEI does not provide services to legal persons, who are obliged to interact with public administrations exclusively by telematic means.

General Electronic Registry of the AGE

You can also submit your requests, writings or documents addressed to the AEI or to all the public administrations (Autonomous Communities, Local Entities, etc.) that are integrated into the Registry Interconnection System, using the General Electronic Registry of the AGE.

To register you must have Electronic DNI or Electronic certificate in force.

With cl @ ve you can only access the search for records.

If you want to make a request it is necessary to have installed Autofirma, since it is the application used for the application signing process.

Access to Electronic Registry.

The General Electronic Registry of the General State Administration is a registry for the presentation of documents for processing destined for any administrative body of the General State Administration, public body or Entity linked or dependent on them, in accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations

Access the Order HAP/566/2013, of April 8, which regulates the Common Electronic Registry .

In order to correctly direct the letter, you must select the AEI in the "Recipient Agency" field. We recommend that you use the Finder. Once the search engine has been opened, select the “State” Administration Level, in the Ministry “Ministry of Science and Innovation” and in the search engine write “state research agency”. The Agency will appear, select it and click on "accept".

On this form, you will first be asked to state the reason for your enquiry, which you should fill in as indicated in the table below:

Reason for enquiry Description
IT enquiries. Enquiries regarding the operation of the Agency’s IT applications made available to users, including, amongst others, those relating to the electronic submission of applications, the Unified Register of Applicants (RUS), the Virtual File Folder (CVE), and any IT issues arising in connection with such applications.
Application-processing.

Request for information, raising doubts or reporting incidents - not IT - during the phase of submitting applications and processing the procedure for granting calls under the jurisdiction of the AEI.

Entity System (SISEN). Enquiries regarding the State Research Agency’s register of entities that do not relate to IT matters. Questions regarding other registers of entities, such as that of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, will not be accepted
Payment of Grants. Enquiries regarding the distribution and payment terms of grants awarded, bearing in mind that the regulatory framework and the timetable established for each call for applications apply. Decisions may modify the payment schedule in accordance with current regulations.
Execution and Scientific-Technical Monitoring. Consultation on the set of obligations, controls and documentary deliveries that the beneficiaries of aid must carry out, to demonstrate that the funded project is being executed correctly in scientific and technical terms. The delivery of scientific-technical reports and indicators according to models required by the call has mandatory deadlines for the execution and final justification of the aid.
Financial Monitoring. Enquiries regarding the management of annual audit plans that review a representative sample of grants awarded and monitor the use of funds, loans and guarantees to ensure compliance with financial obligations.
Voluntary Repayments / Request for a Payment Letter. Enquiries regarding voluntary repayments to the AEI, which are made via a form where the beneficiary states the reason for the repayment, the type of funding and the amount to be repaid; and enquiries regarding the request for a payment letter, which allows for the repayment of surpluses, advances or loans, breaking down amounts by type of grant.
Refund Procedures. Enquiries regarding the administrative process through which the AEI demands the full or partial repayment of aid when any of the conditions justifying its award have not been met.
Data protection. Enquiries regarding the personal data processing policy and its implementation in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
General. Requests for general information and details of the organisational structure. Please do not submit IT-related enquiries in this section.
