The purpose of this calendar is to inform the scientific and technical community of the planning of current calls for proposals that have not yet been resolved and those that will be published shortly.
This planning includes investments to be made by the State Research Agency (AEI) with funds from the General State Budget (PGE), European Regional Development Funds (ERDF), and the European Social Fund (ESF) to finance and co-finance the calls for proposals managed.

The calendar of calls for applications will be updated regularly, at least once a quarter, as it may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. You can stay up to date with calls for applications and be informed of any changes by subscribing to the weekly newsletter on our website www.aei.gob.es. You can also access updated information through our social media channels.
Comments on the July 2025 update
New calls for proposals to be published during the last semester of 2025 have been added to the calendar. Other minor changes have been made to adjust the processing procedures for calls for proposals managed by the AEI. In addition, the application periods for calls for proposals such as Knowledge Generation Projects, Ramón y Cajal Grants, and Juan de la Cierva Grants have been brought forward to better suit the beneficiaries.
