Enquiry type Description
IT enquiries. Enquiries related to the operation of the Agency's IT applications made available to users, including those concerning the electronic submission of applications, the Unified Register of Applicants (RUS), the Virtual File Folder (CVE), and any IT incidents related to these applications.
Application-Processing.

Requests for information, questions or reporting of non-IT incidents during the application submission and processing phase of grant procedures under AEI calls.

Entities System (SISEN). Enquiries related to the registry of entities of the State Research Agency that are not IT-related. Questions regarding other entity registries such as that of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities will not be accepted.
Payment of grants. Enquiries about the distribution and conditions of payment of awarded grants, considering the applicable regulatory bases and schedule established for each call. Resolutions may modify payment planning in accordance with current regulations.
Scientific-Technical execution and monitoring. Enquiries regarding the set of obligations, controls and document submissions that beneficiaries must carry out to demonstrate that the funded project is being properly executed in scientific and technical terms. Submission of scientific-technical reports and indicators according to the models required by the call has mandatory deadlines for execution and final justification of the grant.
Financial monitoring. Enquiries about the management of annual verification plans that review a representative sample of awarded grants and supervise the use of funds, loans and guarantees to ensure compliance with financial obligations.
Voluntary reimbursements / Payment letter request. Enquiries about voluntary reimbursements to the AEI, carried out through a form where the beneficiary indicates the reason, type of funding and amount to be returned; and enquiries about the payment letter request that allows repayment of balances, advances or loans, detailing amounts according to the type of aid.
Recovery procedures. Enquiries about the administrative process by which the AEI requires the full or partial repayment of a grant when any of the conditions justifying its award have not been met.
Data protection. Enquiries regarding the personal data processing policy and its application in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018.
Changes of Ownership Inquiries regarding Changes of Ownership: Mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, or any other legal change affecting an entity with an institutional legal basis and supported by the corresponding notarial deeds. A change of ownership implies a change in the Tax Identification Number (NIF) of the entity receiving the aid and a modification of the grant award resolution.
General. Requests for general information and organizational structure. IT-related enquiries should not be submitted in this section.
