The Spanish State Research Agency (AEI) as Call Secretariat of the ERA-Net NEURON Networking Groups Call (NWGC) 2022 on Chronic Pain is organizing the Final Seminar of the Networking Groups funded under this call. The Seminar will take place online on March 17, 2025, from 9:00 to 16:45 CET. This event will bring together leading experts to present and discuss the outcomes of the networking groups addressing key challenges in chronic pain research.

The seminar will feature three thematic sessions:

• Neuropathic Pain – Insights from European research groups advancing guidelines, data collection, and systematic reviews.
• Harmonization of Protocols – Efforts to align preclinical and clinical studies, improve methodologies, and enhance trust in pain research.
• Types of Chronic Pain – Explorations of different pain conditions, from CRPS to post-COVID pain and osteoarthritis-related pain.

The event will conclude with a roundtable discussion on harmonizing research protocols, data sharing, and patient-centered approaches in pain research.

Open to all interested participants! While the event primarily gathers the working group members, we are extending participation to the broader research community and stakeholders interested in pain research.
