Aid to provide public and private research organizations with the structure and knowledge necessary for the adequate promotion, preparation, support and management of European projects, so that research organizations improve their chances of obtaining community funding in the Framework Program for Research and Innovation of the European Union for the period 2014-2020, Horizon 2020, during the period of execution of the activity subject to the aid, which covers the years 2019 and 2020.
a) Increase the participation of all the agents of the Spanish system in international projects and programs.
b) Increase the economic return achieved by the Spanish entities, as a result of greater financing from the European Union of its R & D & I projects.
c) Increase the leadership of Spanish entities in H2020 projects.
d) Support access to H2020 of Spanish entities without previous experience.
e) Facilitate compliance with the participation objectives established in the strategic internationalization plans of the beneficiary entities.
a) Public research organizations defined in article 47 of Law 14/2011, of June 1, on Science, Technology and Innovation.
b) Public universities and private universities with capacity and activity demonstrated in R&D, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 6/2001, of December 21, on Universities, and registered in the Registry created by the Royal Decree 1509/2008, of September 12, which regulates the Registry of Universities, Centers and Degrees.
c) Public and private health entities and institutions linked or arranged with the National Health System, which carry out R&D activities.
d) Accredited health research institutes in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 249/2016, of June 24, on accreditation of biomedical or health research institutes, and complementary standards.
e) State-level Technology Centers and Technological Innovation Support Centers at the state level validly registered at the time of submitting the application in the register of centers regulated by Royal Decree 2093/2008, of December 18, by the that the Technological Centers and Technological Innovation Support Centers of state level are regulated and the Registry of such Centers is created.
f) Other public R + D + i centers with their own legal personality, which in their statutes or in the regulations that regulate them or in their corporate purpose, have R + D + i as their main activity.
g) Private R + D + i centers with their own legal personality, which have defined in their statutes or in the regulations that regulate them or in their corporate purpose the R & D + i as the main activity.
